Every Maker Alley festival is about more than building a project or experiencing an exhibit. It’s about giving marginalized kids the chance to experiment, create, and discover what they can do.
 

By bringing free, hands-on STEAM experiences to underserved communities and Title 1 schools, we help young makers build confidence, spark curiosity, and see themselves as scientists, engineers, artists, inventors, creators, and more.

Mariano Castro Elementary School
Castro Elementary School is a Title 1 school located in Mountain View, California and has more than 250 students. Maker Alley has hosted festivals on-site for their students and nearby schools.
