Mariano Castro Elementary School

Castro Elementary School is a Title 1 school located in Mountain View, California and has more than 250 students. Maker Alley has hosted festivals on-site for their students and nearby schools.

Past Festivals

We had a fa-BOO-lous time at our October festival at Mariano Castro Elementary School! We crafted Halloween poppers, made monster mobiles, and spooky hand plates.

From reindeer hats and hand-painted Christmas trees to snowball catapults, we had lots of jolly good fun at our December festival at Mariano Castro Elementary School.

Holiday Festival @ Castro Elementary

Our April festival saw a host of new projects, including DIY rubber band rockets and robotic hands! We also exhibited a soda rocket launcher, giant bubbles, and doodle stations.
